Twelve participants spent two days cooking and dining with Chef Linton Hopkins, the chef/owner of Restaurant Eugene and proprietor of Holeman and Finch, competitor on The Food Network's Iron Chef, two-time James Beard Award nominee, and one of Food and Wine magazine's "Best New Chefs 2009." The workshop took place in Marie Nygren's kitchen, where participants learned to create some of Chef Linton's favorite dishes, then enjoyed meals with him. In the evening, everyone retired to their rooms in the Inn at Serenbe.
