On one Wednesday each month, Chef Nicolas Bour hosts a special dinner at The Farmhouse featuring a guest chef, winery or brewery. In May, we partnered with Atlanta’s SweetWater Brewery for a celebration of local food and beer in the Inn at Serenbe’s beautiful garden designed by Ryan Gainey. Chef Nicolas created a 6-course menu that perfectly paired with SweetWater’s six flavors. Freddy Bensch, Kevin McNerney & Steve Farace attended the dinner and entertained guests with stories of the brewery’s history, brew-making, and their campaign to clean the Chattahoochee River.
