On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, Serenbe residents gathered at the Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop, ordered cups of Mexican hot chocolate and lit votive candles—then, at the sound of a bagpiper, we walked together down to the Selborne Green.  After listening to a few festive tunes, Steve Nygren ordered the lighting of the Serenbe Holiday Tree, then Rawson Haverty welcomed everyone with a blessing.  Catherine Donnelly passed out books of carols and led the crowd in singing
some holiday favorites.
