Grange is Taking Shape
Serenbe’s second hamlet, Grange, now has its first homeowners, in addition
to a few available homes.  Scroll through the photos below to see our progress.

Grange is home to the Serenbe Stables, where residents can board or
lease horses and take riding lessons.

The Grange Green is a common space with gazebo & rocking chairs,
horseshoes, in-ground trampoline, and the Grange mail station.

Redbone Construction’s stunning home was recently featured in The Atlantan,
Atlanta Business Chronicle, and the Wall Street Journal, and is available
for purchase.

There are a few lots available on Rausch Ridge and Lupo Loop.  They are
situated on a hill with beautiful views of the countryside, and are
surrounded by preserved forestland.

The owners of this home are almost ready to move in.

This traditional estate home and splendid Victorian both look out over the 6-acre lake.

Capstone Partners built these townhomes, located adjacent to the Grange Green.
They feature varying floor plans, designed for diverse needs---from an
elevator to gourmet kitchen to open spaces for entertaining.

The owners of this cottage are excitedly watching the progress.

Everyone loves this adorable home in Grange. Take a virtual tour with the photos below.

The home backs up to the Serenbe Farms; across the street is
preserved forestland and a 6-acre lake.

This is the last new home available on Selborne Lane.  It’s within walking distance
of The Hil, Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop, and our boutiques and art galleries.
 Take a photo tour below.

The back porch has a fireplace.

Downstairs has a wine cellar.
