Haven Custom Homes are new to Serenbe, and hot on the green scene.
See the “Haven” slideshow below, or view the press release here.

New style of environmental construction is added to Serenbe’s architectural mix.

As construction continues, Serenbe is committed to preserving a minimum of
70% of our 1000 acres.

The Capstone cottages in Grange are close to completion.
See below for individual shots of each.

The Capstone cottages in Grange are designed with different homeowner’s
needs in mind—some are larger and will make amazing spaces for entertaining,
some are more cozy and romantic.

Each has a beautiful view out front of the Grange community, and open up to a
preserved wooded area out back.

Lot 153:  Three story, four bedroom townhouse with an open sitting area on the second floor, deck off the kitchen, and optional elevator.

Lot 152:  Three bedroom townhouse with master bedroom on the main floor, and a large back deck off the living room and master bedroom.

Lot 151:  Three bedroom townhouse with a double-sided fireplace between the living room and back porch

Lot 150:  Three bedroom townhouse with master bedroom on the main floor, and double-sided fireplace between the living room and dining room

Lot 149:  Three story, three bedroom townhouse with a fireplace, covered front porch, deck off the living room, and an optional elevator.

This townhome is under contract.

The Capstone townhomes in Grange back up to preserved forestland and trails.
Some have screened porches, some have elegantly simple courtyards.

The Capstone townhomes in Grange are adjacent to the common green,
with a gazebo, horseshoes set, in-ground trampoline, and beautiful
view of the Serenbe Stables.

Everyone is marveling at the craftsmanship seen in the new wall being built
adjacent to the Serenbe Farms in Grange.  The wall has been constructed
by hand by 4th generation stone masons.

The owners of this home in Grange will be surrounded by
preserved forestland, the Serenbe Farms, and a 6-acre lake.

The Serenbe Farmers take a quick break to cuddle their happy chickens.

The Serenbe Farms are abloom with a variety of flowers, which are cut and
sold every Saturday at the Serenbe Farmers’ Market (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.)

Farms Manager Paige Witherington has successfully grown a large variety of tomatoes
this year, and they are popping up everywhere from the Farmers’ Market and CSA
shares, to BLT’s at the Daisy, salads at The Hil, and fried green ones at The Farmhouse.

The deck on this Selborne home is starting to take shape

The wall at The Hil got a minor makeover with a new poster featuring a
photograph by Greg Newington of the Newington Gallery at Serenbe

This Crossroads cottage has double porches overlooking the street
in the front and the woods in the back.

The Crossroads playground just received its new playset!

The Selborne tennis courts are receiving finishing touches, but are ready
for play.  The adjacent basketball court, ball field, and dog park are already
a favorite attraction of residents.

Artist Shannon Lake puts the finishing touches on the new Selborne mural, which pays tribute to Serenbe’s flowers and butterflies.  See the images below for some of the beautiful things blooming and flying around Serenbe this month, which gave Shannon his inspiration.
