The blueberry bushes lining the streets of Grange, Serenbe’s
second hamlet, are ready for picking.

These two available homes in Grange have beautiful views of the 6-acre
lake and are surrounded by preserved forestland.

This custom home will be fantastic for entertaining, complete with a
large porch and courtyard with water feature and firepit.

When you visit Serenbe, be sure to tour this victorian to
see its stunning 4-story spiral staircase.

Redbone Construction’s home was recently featured in a “green building” article in
the Atlanta business Chronicle and in the July issue of The Atlantan magazine.

This stone wall is going up by the Serenbe Farms in Grange.  A fourth-generation
company of stone masons are the constructors.

The Capstone townhomes in Grange are nearing completion.

Lush natural surroundings make it hard to get a glimpse of this home,
currently under construction in Selborne, Serenbe’s first community.

This site is being prepared for a park in the Serenbe Crossroads.
The white structure houses this area’s mailboxes.

All of Serenbe’s maintenance vehicles are powered by biodiesel.

One of the few available homes in Selborne.

This Selborne resident hired local artist Tim Mosby
to create this original custom door.

Residents may now enjoy the new tennis courts in Selborne,
located adjacent to the basketball court and dog park.

The Selborne Green buzzes with activity in the Summer---Camp Serenbe on
Wednesday and Saturdays, and the Serenbe Farmers’ Market on Saturdays.

The Hill Country Montessori school’s Medicine Wheel Herb
Garden is in full bloom on the Serenbe Farms.

Homeowners on lots adjacent to the Serenbe Farms in Grange have
breathtaking views of the farm.

The Serenbe Farms’ greenhouse is almost ready to house new plants.

New things are popping up on the Serenbe Farms each day.
Once they are harvested, they typically show up on the menus
of the three Serenbe restaurants.

Now in bloom on the Serenbe Farm.

The next time you’re at Serenbe, consider taking a riding tour of the
entire community on a golf cart (available for rent at Getting Around).
