Paisley Salon opened September 12 on Selborne Lane.  The salon offers
color and style services, plus manicures and pedicures.

Paisley Salon is owned by Amber Avanossian, a colorist and stylist for
Atlanta with an impressive resume that includes Vis-à-Vis and Van
Michael Salon in Buckhead.

Homeowners are seeing their custom Mansour come near completion.

Progress is being made on the Green Homes, located in the Crossroads district.
These townhomes have beautiful custom features, garages and street level
office space, plus back porches with views of preserved forestland.  In front
will be a lovely common green.

In the Grange hamlet, the leaves are just starting to change and
homeowners of this cottage are excited to see its progress.

A few of these Capstone townhomes are available.  They have varying floor
plans and sizes, and each has a great view of Grange’s preserved forestland,
the adjacent common green, and the Serenbe Stables.

Redbone’s stunning modern home would be a perfect fit for a stylish
couple who loves to entertain.

The tennis courts are totally complete, making a nice addition to Selborne
sports area (also home to a ball field, basketball courts, and dog park).

The Serenbe Institute welcomed artist-in-residence Shannon Lake to the
community in late September.  Shannon created beautiful paintings
and photographs depicting Serenbe; plans are in the works for an
exhibition later in the year.
