Spring 2009 Development

The owners’ creativity is really starting to show in this custom home being built on a
wooded lot in Selborne

This lot is the future home to an expanded Harris & Clark Thoughtful Grocery and Food School
(which is currently located just three doors down).  For now, we’ve taken down the construction
wall and added a pretty green leading to the Selborne Courtyard.

With spring comes the blooming natural landscaping at Serenbe, which includes a
gorgeous array of wildflowers.

This new park, with bocce ball court and croquet lawn, is the future home of Ray Weeks &
Jill Sharp Brinson-designed luxury townhomes, called “Hominy.”

These recently purchased live/work units will soon be home to Blue MedSpa and
Newington Gallery (which expanded from another location within Serenbe)

Blue MedSpa, opening this summer at Serenbe, is the second location for owner John Stupka.
Blue MedSpa’s first location is in Midtown Atlanta, and was voted a “Top 55 Spa in the World” by
Conde Nast Traveler and a “Top 3 Medical Spa in the U.S.” by Spa Magazine.

EarthCraft recently delivered this plaque to the community, recognizing our strict building
standards.  Southface and EarthCraft honored Serenbe as “EarthCraft Development of the Year”
for 2008.

Sitting on the veranda at The Hil offers beautiful views of all that’s happening at Serenbe.

The home Serenbe Real Estate occupied was recently purchased, so the team chose this fantastic
Arc & Angle cottage as their new temporary home.  Be sure to stop by and say hello!

Sales at Serenbe in the first four months of 2009 are at 60% (in dollars) of 2008’s total sales.
We’ve recently been recognized in the NY Times, Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal-Constitution
and on CNN for faring well in this down market.  Call Serenbe Real Estate at 770.463.9997 if you’d
like more information on any of these available properties (and on available lots to build your
custom home)

The first blueberries (part of the edible landscaping in Grange) are starting to pop out.
