We're enjoying the winter season at Serenbe---there is an event almost every weekend (be sure to
sign up by clicking here if you don't receive our email updates), our three restaurants are
staying busy serving warm, farm-fresh comfort food (receive our weekly “Restaurants at Serenbe”
email with menus and specials by clicking here), the streets are buzzing with people shopping
and visiting our art galleries, and we've welcomed 6 new families (and a new baby!) to the community.

As of the end of February, we've sold three live/work units (we'll be able to announce the exciting
businesses that are coming to Serenbe very soon), one cottage, and four lots (be sure to scroll to the
bottom of this email for a special financing offer on lots from one of our premier lenders). Stay
in touch with Serenbe by checking ourblog, becoming aFacebook "fan," and following
us on Twitter.

Grange hamlet just before sunrise. Notice the bridge leading to the Serenbe Farms --
This was built with minimal disturbance to the land and surrounding trees.

The first occupants of the Capstone townhomes in Grange recently moved in. Four
units are still availabe -- each varies in floor plan and size, and all have beautiful
views of the surrounding preserved forestland and Serenbe Stables.

The sunrise in Grange makes these two stunning homes glow. These homes' front
porches have fantastic views of Grange's 6-acre lake; the backs are nestled in the
preserved forestland.

An aerial view of the Serenbe Stables.

This Grange cottage is the last home currently available that backs right up to the
Serenbe Farms. This home's owners will enjoy literally living on the farm, watching
the daily work of the Serenbe farmers.

Congratulations to the couple who recently purchased this home, located in
Grange on the Serenbe Farms. We're excited for them to move in this spring.

The "farm houses" in Grange. Only one home is currently available for sale, but
there are a few lots available adjacent to the farm for building your custom home.

The owners of this custom cottage in Grange recently moved in.

This contemporary cedar cabin in Grange is available---the owners will enjoy being
surrounded by preserved forestland, with upfront views of spectacular sunrises on
the 6-acre lake.

Congratulations to the Newington Gallery at Serenbe--they recently purchased
this live/work in the Selborne hamlet (across from The Hil restaurant) to expand
their current gallery space. They estimate having their grand opening in April
with a sculpture exhibition by Jack Kehoe.

This live/work in Selborne (located across from The Hil and next to The Bilt-house
boutique) is currently under contract. We will announce the owners and the
business that will be occupying this space very soon.

Of Serenbe’s 1000 acres, at least 700 will always be preserved greenspace.

A couple from Buckhead finished building their elegant “country home” this fall and have already received attention in the Atlanta Journal Constitution (link to their story is at the
beginning of this album).

Work continues on this couple's country home, located in a secluded nook in the
Selborne hamlet.

Residents of the Crossroads area in Serenbe will soon have a new neighbor--one of the
last lots in this area recently sold.

The Crossroads Green Homes (the live/work units and townhomes located at the top of the hill
shown here) have their first occupants. These homes are examples of one of the most
environmentally friendly ways of building/modular construction.

Allow us to whet your appetite... The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop's famous coconut
cake is back, this time in the form of a cupcake:

The Farmhouse recently introduced their culinary cocktails. The menu is full of prohibition-era
style cocktails such as a "Southern Manhattan"--The Farmhouse's take on a martini made with
bourbon and confit grapes). Shown here, sommelier Jason McCord serving a "PB&J" dessert
cocktail. Enjoy a drink with us before or after dinner while sitting on the front porch of the
Inn at Serenbe.
