Cottages line the way out of town

The Cottages of Serenbe dot the lane leading out of the hamlet center and will be built in a variety of home styles. The architecture will include the casual feel of the local vernacular as well as the more formal approach of Adam, Greek Revival or Italianate styles. Many property owners will use the architects on the Serenbe team, and others will select their own architect. The cottages range from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 stories, with front porches and small front yards.
