On October 25, Serenbe Community officially placed lots on sale to the public. More than 170 people attended a day of fun and festivities, while getting a first glimpse of the lots and site plans. Initial sales interest was so enthusiastic that Serenbe opened sales to both Phase I and Phase II simultaneously.

Great food is central to every gathering at Serenbe. On this occasion guests were treated to a fantastic spread of country cooking.
