A Growing Community

Our first residents are already enjoying the unique lifestyle of Serenbe –
porch-side chats with neighbors, fresh organic produce from Serenbe Farms, and rejuvenating walks through Georgia’s brilliant countryside. Soon, full-time and weekend residents alike will be enjoying morning coffee and baked goods at the Blue-Eyed Daisy and perusing renowned artists’ works at Studio Swan as a vibrant town center emerges.

With the first phase taking shape, we are now ready to release lots in the second phase. Twelve Phase II cottage and estate home lots are now available, and special pricing is available for early buyers. Call (770) 463-9997 today to make an appointment to tour the community and choose a lot for your Serenbe home.

When you take the tour, you’ll see that Serenbe is growing in more ways than one. As with most “natural” beauties, there is actually a lot of time and effort being put into cultivating the appearance of our community. Because doing our job well means that you may not notice our work on your own, we thought it would be a good idea to point out some of landscape elements that make us different.

Serenbe's landscape blends with the natural surroundings

In most new communities, the homes sit far back from the road and a wide swath of sod carpeting separates the residents from their neighbors. At Serenbe, all the homes are situated closely along Selborne Lane, and much of the natural vegetation that was there before construction is still in place. Serenbe homeowners might often mistake their residences for treehouses, as nearly every view from their windows is of graceful branches and beautiful green leaves. And despite the fact that we’ve done a significant amount of digging along the roadside to bury lines for electricity and phones and fiber optic cable for high speed Internet access, it is hardly noticeable at this stage because of the relocated trees that were preserved from other areas of the construction site.

Native plants are a vital part of our landscape

Ryan Gainey and Sean Murphy have led our efforts to create this beautiful, natural setting for Serenbe Community. Ryan, a Serenbe founder and consultant on the community’s landscape, is an internationally known garden designer. His distinctive talent embraces the ideas of classical design and is inspired by the nuances of seasonal change and garden history. As Serenbe’s landscape architect, Sean translates the vision for Serenbe’s natural beauty into reality, using native plants and unique hardscape elements to put the finishing touches on the community.

It isn’t just our landscaping that differentiates Serenbe from other communities. Our plans call for Serenbe to become a thriving center of arts and culture, where the beauty of our surroundings can inspire creativity in our residents and visitors. On Wednesday, August 3, we will enjoy a preview of that vision when the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra performs at the nearby Hutcheson Ferry Park, an area that was preserved as permanent public green space thanks to the Chattahoochee Hill Country Conservancy, The Conservation Fund and Fulton County. This free concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and features a varied program ranging from Beethoven’s Movement I from Symphony No. 4., to John Williams’ Star Wars Suite. We would also like to invite you to a pre-concert dinner at Serenbe, benefiting the Chattahoochee Hill Country Conservancy. Tickets are $100 per person and may be purchased by emailing lmaldonado@chatthillcountry.org or calling (770) 463-1548 by July 29. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to visit Serenbe and enjoy an evening of music in the Chattahoochee Hill Country.

You can now walk the paths, sidewalks and tour some homes. We invite you to visit Serenbe to watch our progress. Information office is open Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. You can call for an appointment and learn more about our community at (770) 463-9997.
