The first Hedgewood cottages to be built in Grange.

About Grange

Serenbe recently released the second hamlet to be built within the community, Grange, located adjacent to the Serenbe Organic Farms and Serenbe Stables. The topography is stunning, with some lots directly beside the farm, and others nestled in the preserved forestland, up high on a hill. Homes will vary in architecture, from rural vernacular to newer styles.  Just as the Selborne hamlet is the hub for the arts, Grange will be a farm-focused community with a local organic produce store, barbecue restaurant, feed and seed store, and shops featuring the work of craftsmen and local artisans.  Even the landscaping is food-based, with blueberry bushes dotting the sidewalks.

Lots prices start in the $300s, and homes range from the mid-$500s to over $1 million.  We’re pleased to have a range of builders for Grange, including Hedgewood, Capstone, Mansour, Mac McKinney, Hoots Group, Martin Dodson, and Redbone Designs.  For more information, contact Serenbe Real Estate at 770.463.9997.
