Eggplant is the seasonal star at Serenbe Farms right now, which means The Hil is welcoming back two of its most loved dishes:  Eggplant Parmesan & our eggplant spread.  Come in this weekend to savor the season.

The Farmhouse is on vacation, returning next Thursday (August 28).  We are accepting reservations now for Chef Nick Melvin’s first night and beyond.

Starting Monday (August 25), there will be a new Daisy menu!  Chef Michelle is debuting a fabulous, fresh menu for the bakeshop with some new sure-to-be favorites.  Also, join us Sunday, September 7 from 4 – 6 p.m. for live music with Linda Bolley.

This weekend, stock up on basil and brush up on your favorite recipe using it---next Saturday (August 30) is our Seasonal Cooking Contest featuring basil!  Bring your dish to the market to be judged, or get a scorecard from the Serenbe farmers and do the judging.  (Register at the market.)

Farms Manager Paige Witherington is saying, “I never thought I’d love Georgia in August.”  But this August has been different---the abundant moisture and cooler temperatures have turned the farm into a verdant paradise.  Visit the market to see what our farmers have recently harvested from their fields.

The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop is a casual neighborhood eatery serving a variety of breakfast items, classic sandwiches, salads and snacks. The Farmhouse features a prix fixe, weekly-changing chef’s choice menu. Dishes are seasonal and based on ingredients found in the Serenbe Organic Farms. A variety of appetizers, gourmet pizzas, entrees, farm-fresh vegetables, and desserts are offered, with many ingredients coming from the Serenbe Organic Farms.
